Flesch is an amazing counselor. Over the years I have experienced
many techniques of healing, but never before have I had the deep,
profound healing and transformation which I experienced with Anthony.
He truly is a conscious and powerful facilitator."

I believe that, if we
are to progress spiritually, and actualize our higher selves, it is
imperative that we heal the wounds that are a part of our personal
There are many reasons why I believe this task to be important. One
of the main reasons is that I believe that all thoughts we hold, and
decisions we make, create results in our world- both inner and outer.
In my belief system, this applies to both conscious and unconscious
When we suffer a traumatic event, especially during childhood, we
tend to make a decision about ourselves based on that event. I have
found in my study and practice that there are a few of these "toxic
decisions" that are universal to most people. These are decisions
such as "I'm bad", "I'm unlovable", "I'm
not good enough", "I'm not wanted", etc.
These decisions are embedded in our consciousness, and even though
we may not always be conscious of them, they continue to "broadcast" out into the universe at a level below our awareness, creating unwanted
results in our lives.
The form of counseling I practise works to quickly discover these
negative events in our personal history, and the decisions that resulted
from them. Then we work to immediately change that experience, creating
a new positive decision about ourselves in the process. This new decision
is then used as the basis for a powerful set of "custom" affirmations, which the client can continue to use to support the
process of positive growth that has been initiated.
This work is based largely on my study with Helene Rothschild, MA, LMFCC. Helene developed what she calls "HART, or 'Holistic and Rapid Transformation'" over many years of work as a Marriage, Family and Child Counselor. The method is fast and powerful, and creates permanent change. In many cases, clients report that they achieve greater results with one session of this type of counseling, than those they have experienced with years of more traditional psychotherapy.
Counseling sessions can be conducted in person or over the phone. Credit cards are accepted.

is that coaching focuses on measurable results. Coaching, can, however
incorporate elements of counseling -- for example, when a client's
issues are activated, or internal obstacles are encountered, and healing/release
Sessions are usually conducted by phone, except in those cases where
coach and client live in the same town, and the client would prefer
The minimum recommended coaching commitment is one half-hour session
per week, or two hour-long sessions per month, for 90 days.
After each session, clients make a set of agreements with the coach.
The fulfillment of these agreements is designed to accelerate the
client's progress toward his or her goals.
Coaching can be focused on business or personal goals, or both. If
you're serious about creating positive results in your life, this
is the way to go.
It is my honor, my joy and my greatest satisfaction to see my clients
live the lives they desire!
